We are pleased to share that CNB Bank is upgrading our current ATM network to Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs)—a significant enhancement designed to bring you greater convenience, flexibility, and access to your accounts.
These upgrades will take place one branch at a time during the workweek. While each location will be completed within one business day, you may experience brief periods where the ATM at your branch is temporarily unavailable during the conversion process. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. During these short outages, our team will gladly assist you in the drive-thru or inside the lobby.
What You Can Expect From the New ITMs
Once upgraded, the ITMs will offer expanded features designed to help you bank more efficiently:
- Deposits
- Deposit cash and checks together as mixed media (up to 30 items per transaction)
- Insert bills and checks in a single bundle—no separating required
- Account Access & Information
- View all deposit and loan accounts associated with your card
- Consumer cards will display consumer accounts
- Business cards will display business accounts
- Complete transfers between your accounts
- Perform balance inquiries on screen or via printed receipt
- Payments & Withdrawals
- Make loan payments for all loan types
- Withdraw cash from your available balance
- (Overdraft Limit availability is expected to be added early next year)
- Modern Card Access
- Use your card with the tap-to-pay feature—no insertion required
- Remote Teller Assistance
- Connect with a CNB Remote Teller via video by tapping the “Assistance” button
- Remote Tellers can perform many of the same transactions as in-branch staff and can override certain limits when needed
- Remote Teller teams will operate from the Solution Center, Virginia Avenue, Pennsylvania Avenue, and Dual Highway offices
- Debit Card Use
- These upgrades will not affect your ability to use your debit card for everyday purchases
