Hagerstown, MD April 22nd, 2025 Mark D. Harrell, President and CEO of CNB Bank, is pleased to announce the promotions of two dedicated team members at CNB Bank’s Longmeadow Branch in Hagerstown, Maryland. Ciara Jacobs has been promoted to Branch Manager, succeeding longtime Manager Nancy Eichelberger, who will retire at the end of April. Emily Resh has been promoted to Assistant Branch Manager. These transitions highlight CNB Bank’s commitment to growing leadership from within and ensuring consistent, community-focused service.

Nancy Eichelberger has been a valued member of the CNB family, bringing warmth, dedication, and leadership to the Longmeadow Branch. Her retirement marks the close of a meaningful chapter, and CNB Bank is deeply grateful for her service.

Stepping into the role of Branch Manager is Ciara Jacobs, who joined CNB Bank in 2020. Ciara has quickly risen through the ranks, starting as a full-time Personal Banker before advancing to Assistant Branch Manager within two years. Now celebrating her fifth year at CNB, Ciara brings a passion for leadership and a people-first approach to her new role as Branch Manager.

Emily Resh, who joined CNB Bank in 2023 as a Personal Banker, has been promoted to Assistant Branch Manager. Emily is recognized for her strong customer service skills, collaborative spirit, and passion for community banking.

“These promotions are a testament to the strength and depth of our team,” said Harrell. “Nancy’s retirement is well-earned, and we’re incredibly grateful for her leadership and service. Ciara and Emily are both rising stars who will carry forward our mission of putting people first—both our customers and our team.”
