Hagerstown, MD, January 15th, 2025 Mark Harrell, President and CEO of CNB Bank, announces the appointment of Mark Oliver to CNB Bank’s Maryland Advisory Board. A dedicated business leader and advocate for homeownership, Mr. Oliver brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to community service to this vital advisory role.

Mark Oliver is the President of Oliver Homes, a third-generation family-owned business dedicated to making the American dream of homeownership a reality. Since joining the family business in 2018, Mark has worn many hats, including overseeing human resources, accounting, and new rental and land development projects. His leadership ensures that Oliver Homes continues its tradition of providing quality, custom-built homes for clients.

A 2010 graduate of Williamsport High School, Mark earned his B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Taylor University in 2014. Before joining the family business, Mark gained valuable financial experience as a member of CNB Bank’s Commercial Loan Team. His professional journey has equipped him with a unique perspective on both banking and the housing industry.

Mark has a strong record of community service, including serving on the Board for Habitat for Humanity of Washington County from 2015 to 2021, where he held the role of President in 2020. In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with family and friends and can often be found on the golf course during nice weather.
