Berkeley Springs, WV, October 18th, 2024 Mark Harrell, President and CEO of CNB Bank, is proud to announce the appointment of Joe Hronesz, currently Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, as the bank’s next Chief Financial Officer, effective Spring 2025. Joe will bring his extensive experience and leadership to this new role as CNB continues to strengthen its financial operations and future growth.

Harrell shared his thoughts on the appointment:

Joe Hronesz brings more than 24 years of experience in community banking, having worked his way up through various roles including teller, IT specialist, credit analyst, and lending operations. In his current position as Chief Credit Officer, Joe has played a critical role in the bank’s financial management and lending strategy. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, graduating magna cum laude from American Public University.

In addition to his professional career, Joe is also active in the community, using his woodworking skills to create custom projects for charitable causes. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife Jess and their two daughters, Noelle and Autumn.
