CNB Financial Services, Inc. announces results for quarter ended June 20, 2020
Mark D. Harrell, President/CEO of CNB Financial Services, Inc. (CNB), the parent company of CNB Bank, Inc. announced for the three months ended June 30, 2020, CNB had consolidated net income of $761,000, or $1.87 per common share and $2.06 per Class A common share as compared to $780,000, or $1.90 per common share and $2.10 per Class A common share for the three months ended June 30, 2019. For the six months ended June 30, 2020, CNB had consolidated net income of $1.4 million, or $3.42 per common share and $3.76 per Class A common share as compared to $1.5 million, or $3.76 per common share and $4.14 per Class A common share for the six months ended June 30, 2019.
