Earning this recognition is always meaningful, but being selected again just a few months after her previous win speaks volumes about Morgan’s consistency, dedication, and the impact she makes every day.

Morgan, a native of Warfordsburg, Pennsylvania, has been with CNB Bank for six years. She began her career as a Personal Banker before transitioning to the Solution Center three years ago, where she continues to support customers across digital and phone banking channels with professionalism and care.

Whether she’s helping a customer navigate online banking or simply taking the time to make someone feel heard, she brings a calm, thoughtful approach to every interaction.

Being recognized once is an accomplishment. Being recognized again so soon is a reflection of something even greater; a sustained commitment to doing things the right way, every single day.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys golfing, spending time with friends and family, and being outdoors.
