This November, CNB Bank is proud to recognize Megan Campbell, Credit Analyst, as our Employee of the Month. Megan’s journey with CNB began in November 2021 as a Teller, and in just four years, she has advanced through multiple roles—including Loan Servicing Clerk—to become a key member of our commercial lending team.
In her current role as a Credit Analyst, Megan plays a vital part in supporting CNB’s commercial loan operations. She was nominated for her outstanding performance in underwriting multiple large and complex commercial loans, all with tight turnaround times. Her ability to balance accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication under pressure is just one of many reasons her work stands out.
Megan brings a strong academic background to her role, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting from Salisbury University. She’s also invested in continuous professional development, having completed advanced commercial lending training through the Barret School of Banking, CAVA RMA, and the American Bankers Association.
Described by her colleagues as professional, dedicated, and detail-oriented, Megan is known for producing high-quality work and for being a dependable team player. Her efforts don’t just help move loans forward—they help build stronger relationships with business customers across our communities.
