ATTENTION QUICKBOOKS, QUICKEN, AND MINT USERS
CNB Bank has invested in a best-in-class operating system to better serve your banking and investment needs. Our upgrade weekend is scheduled to begin at 5:00pm on Friday, September 15th through Sunday, September 17th. This upgrade will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks, Quicken, and Mint software, so please take action to ensure a smooth transition. Please review the Conversion Instructions and Links below.
The Conversion Instructions reference two Action Dates. Please use the dates provided below:
1st Action Date (for QuickBooks and Quicken only): September 14, 2023
A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history might not be available after the upgrade.
2nd Action Date (for QuickBooks, Quicken, and Mint): September 19, 2023
This is the action date for the remaining steps on the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current accounts set up with the new connection.

Intuit Aggregation services may be interrupted until September 25, 2023. The following services may not work during the outage:
Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect/Quicken Connect
QuickBooks Online (QBO)
QuickBooks/Quicken users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage. These connections will be available as of September 19, 2023:
Direct Connect – Quicken and QuickBooks
Web Connect – Quicken and QuickBooks (export file available from OLB - .QBO/.QFX)
Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
